GRADES

OVERALL GRADE = THEORY (50%) + RLE (50%)

THEORY GRADE COMPUTATION

THEORY OVERALL GRADE BREAKDOWN = THEORY CONCEPTS (70%) + COMPRE EXAM (30%)

> THEORY CONCEPTS (70%)
1. Communicable Disease = (RAW SCORE x 1 week)
2. Immuno Deficiencies = (RAW SCORE x 1 week)
3. Psych = (RAW SCORE x 2 weeks)
4. Nuero = (RAW SCORE x 2 weeks)
5. Acute Biological Crisis = (RAW SCORE x 3 weeks)
6. Cancer = (RAW SCORE x 1 week)
7. Elderly = (RAW SCORE x 1 week)
----------------------------------RAW SCORE TOTAL (divide by) NUMBER OF WEEKS = (THEORY CONCEPTS OVERALL)

---- SAMPLE Computation
1. CD = 81% x 1 week = 81
2. Immuno = 85% x 1 week = 85
3. Psych = 90% x 2 weeks = 180
4. Neuro = 80% x 2 weeks = 160
5. Acute Bio Crisis = 85% x 3 weeks = 255
6. Cancer = 76% x 1 week = 76
7. Elderly = 77% x 1 week = 75
----------------------------------TOTAL = 914/11 weeks = 83.09% (THEORY CONCEPTS OVERALL)

> COMPREHENSIVE EXAM (30%)

--- SAMPLE Computation
Score = 55
= 77.5%

>>>>>THEORY GRADE COMPUTATION<<<<<<<

COMPRE EXAM OVERALL = 77.5 x 0.3 (30%) = 23.25
+
THEORY CONCEPTS OVERALL [83.09] x 0.7 (70%) = 58.16

-----------------------TOTAL THEORY PERCENTAGE = 81.43%--------------------

RLE GRADE COMPUTATION

RLE OVERALL GRADE BREAKDOWN = Affiliating Agency Rotation Scores (60%) + Case Conference Scores (40%)

>AFFILIATING AGENCY ROTATION Scores (60%)

--- FORMULA
a. MAMC = RAW SCORE
b. National Center for Mental Health = RAW SCORE
c. Mary Mediatrix Medical Center = RAW SCORE
d. Calamba Medical Center = RAW SCORE
e. Ospital ng Muntinlupa = RAW SCORE
f. AFPMC = RAW SCORE
----------------------------------TOTAL RAW SCORE (divide by) 9 = Affiliating Agency Rotation total score

--- SAMPLE Computation
a. MAMC = 75%
b. National Center for Mental Health = 90%
c. Mary Mediatrix Medical Center = 80%
d. Calamba Medical Center = 88%
e. Ospital ng Muntinlupa = 85%
f. AFPMC = 95%
----------------------------------(TOTAL RAW SCORE) 518 (divide by) 9 = 86.53

>CASE CONFERENCE COMPUTATION (40%)
--- FORMULA
RAW SCORE x .4 (40%) = Case Conference Total

--- SAMPLE Computation
88 x .4 (40%) = 35.20

>>>>>RLE GRADE COMPUTATION<<<<<<<

AFFILIATING AGENCY TOTAL SCORE = 86.33 x 0.6 (60%) = 51.80%
+
CASE CONFERENCE TOTAL SCORE = 88 x 0.4 (40%) = 35.20%

----------------------TOTAL RLE PERCENTAGE = 87%---------------------

N404 TOTAL GRADE COMPUTATION

TOTAL THEORY x 0.5 (50%) = 81.43 x 0.5 = 40.715
+
TOTAL RLE x 0.5 (50%) = 87 x 0.5 = 43.5

----------------------OVERALL GRADE = 84.21 % or (C+)-------------------
