there is an "I" in "team"
I strongly hate it and detest those that do not know how to work with a Team. They go to duty, pretend to be friendly, but when you need help or divide a project, they be declining and just wanting to do things themselves. HELLO ICONS! Nursing is a "team" job if you haven't noticed. Those who kiss ass to the CI, or who tries to make themselves look good in front of a CI, or those who does not partake in group activities (dividing requirements), I seriously wonder how you will survive nursing?! Sure you may have the grades to back it up but know this: In the real world- the world outside of AUP and its prison walls- there is a world that if you try so hard to kiss ass to the boss, you will get burned bad by your co-workers! Hell, I'ma burn you myself if we ever work together and you're a selfish prick!

Bad day at duty today? Haha I feel ya on that one. Some people try to be all "goody-goody" and it sickens me sometimes. Be a team player and look out for each other. Otherwise don't expect anyone to have your back when you need them the most.
